Between Antony Curavic and Jarrod Tanko, 31 years across construction, site management, maintenance, and property development. We have seen what goes wrong when a job is handed off without accountability. We built Cadenci to stop it.
The problem is not finding a trade. The problem is finding a trade that turns up briefed, works to scope, and closes the job with documentation. That is what we built Cadenci to deliver.

With over two decades in construction and site management, Antony brings deep technical knowledge and a direct approach to every project. He has seen first-hand what goes wrong when coordination breaks down , and built Cadenci to prevent it.
Director
Jarrod's background spans property development and maintenance management. His understanding of what property managers and committees actually need drives how Cadenci operates, from the way we scope jobs to the way we close them out.
